• Beach side: apartment blocks and bungalow complexes between the N-332 and the sea, a few minutes' walk from Playa Flamenca beach. The most popular area for holiday use and for buyers who want the beach on foot.
• The commercial centre: the streets around the N-332 and the market area, with small shopping centres, supermarkets, banks, bars and restaurants. Very convenient for year-round living without a car.
• Inland urbanisations: quieter bungalow and townhouse complexes with communal pools on the higher ground, generally the best value in Playa Flamenca and a short drive from Villamartín.
