What data we collect

The data you send us through forms, email or WhatsApp (name, email, phone, message, search preferences, budget) and, only with your consent, anonymous usage statistics (Google Analytics).

Purposes and legal basis

  • Answering your request and helping you find, view, buy or rent a property — pre-contractual measures at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Passing your request to the partner agency or developer that manages the property you are interested in, so they can arrange viewings and provide documentation — your consent (art. 6.1.a), given with the form checkbox.
  • Sending you new properties that match your search — only if you tick the optional box (art. 6.1.a). You can withdraw at any time.
  • Partnership proposals from agencies and owners — legitimate interest in managing business relationships (art. 6.1.f).

Recipients

Partner agencies and developers located in Spain (only for the property or search you asked about); our hosting and email provider Hostinger International Ltd. (EU servers); Google Ireland Ltd. for analytics, only with consent. We do not sell your data.

Retention

Requests are kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, or longer if a contract is signed and the law requires it. Marketing preferences are kept until you withdraw consent.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to info@vegabajaproperties.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
